The printer checks out fine, along with everything else. It just says the print spooler does not work with no explanation. As a newbie, I don’t even know where to begin to look to fix this. Thanks

  • Adnan Sallam says:

Delete the printer driver then restart computer, a new driver will be installed.

  • hilton_b_2000 says:

First go to Control Panel, then Administrative Tools, then
open Services check to see if Print Spooler is on and started.
    Should be Started and Automatic.

  • jibbarjabar says:

Make sure that “Print Spooler” service is started in services.msc

    Start > Run > services.msc

  • kool dude says:

Reinstall the driver by uninstalling the current one… on your pc… and change spooler settings….
