I’ve talked to someone who used lulu.com and they said it was difficult even for them (they’re very technical). I’ve had several suggestions on other sites, but they seem to specialize in serial stories, not panel cartoons.

I’ve been looking at Drunkduck.com which is fairly new, but their information makes it sound as if ALL posted art is their property once it gets posted to their site, not sole property of the artist who created it. I’ve been waiting to get an answer back on that before uploading anything over there.

I’ve got panel cartoons (such as the ones in the weekday comic strips–horizontal with 3 or 4 panels per strip). I’ve been looking for a site to host them that doesn’t have difficulty working with my home computer system.

Anyone using any that they’re very happy with? Any suggestions? My stuff’s in black and white, no color.

I have about 5000 songs on my computer that I want to move over to my newly installed media player. The player will not recognize WMA Lossless so I need to convert all my music from that format to either Flac(preferred) or MP3s. Would you please recommend an easy to use converter, shareware, freeware or pay, that can bath convert my files please?

Please dont laugh at the old keyboard or my lack of knowledge! (Thanks). When connected to computer can it expand the choices and manipulation of sounds played (live not recorded)? The wikipedia answer is even a bit complicated. I dont want to spend a fortune but what needed cables, sound card and a program? Thank you.

I have a local server that I’ve blocked via the router and a couple of patches, yet it is still being accessed from the internet by someone maliciously. Are there any proven ways to secure this computer? It is running XP Pro.
This is a fresh installation of XP Pro with no add-ons. Can XP be secured?

I currently can get high speed cable internet and I have a laptop computer…. no desktop. How do I set things up so I can have my laptop access the internet without being physically plugged in to it? I’m new at this and really need some step-by-step advice. Thanks in advance!

Hi! My home computer, which is a HP vs17 Microsoft Windows XP model, will not start up. I would turn it on, and then it would restart over and over again if I just leave and come back. I tried safe mode, last known configuration, and start windows normally when I get to the screen with white font and a black background, but it still restarts to that page after the Windows Xp Logo. I can’t even reach my desktop!

I tried some things, like going to the Recovery Console, but it doesn’t work and goes to the “Blue Screen of Death”. It doesn’t even restart when it gets there, I have to hold on the Power Button and shut it down that way and press the button again. I have no clue what to do, and please try to explain it in steps!!! I’m not very tech-savvy. :]

I do not want to lose the files on my computer, and it is about 3-4 years old. It’s still fairly new, and I cannot risk losing all my memories [pics] and documents on that computer… please help!!! Thanks so very much for helping!

I’m going to try my hand at Dungeons and Dragons for the first time. I’ve played computer/ console RPG games before, so I’m a little familiar with the basic concept. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or useful information for a newbie.

Also why did you create your character as you did? (Meaning why that particular kind of character, profession and so forth.)
