You are paying $120 for a $10 flash drive with some free software on it and giving someone else access to everything that’s on your computer. You might want to think twice about this. Take a basic computer course at your community college or ask your kids how to perform basic windows tasks.

Clean Machine is a fantastic service. I have been using it for over 9 months and since I have been using it, I have NOT HAD ONE PC ISSUE. It is very simple to use. You receive an e-mail and overnight, they clean your machine. In the morning you have a report of what they did, and that is it. What you get for a bargain price is the confidence that your PC will be operating at optimum conditions and any potential issues have been addressed.
I would highly recommend this service to any casual user, any small or medium business, or anyone that wants to have their PC optimized.

I want to make you aware of this PC Clean Machine “Vines” offering. Caveat emptor. Besides being suspiciously and badly packaged with but very scant installation and virtually no program information, actual participation requires that I give some unknown, unvetted person total access to my computer and fork over about USD120. per annum for the “privilege.” Even were I not a doctor and attorney (and I am both), I would absolutely NOT do that. The service I consider suspect. I have deleted it from my computer and I suggest that Amazon NOT market it.

I love their service. I believe 4 times a year they clean and update and correct anything wrong with my computer.

Beware of the hidden fees.
There were 6 or so free cleanups and after that you need to pay $10 a month for your cleanup fixes. The service person who hooked up my PC wasn’t too feasible either. He would call at late hours from India and when I would instruct him to call at the right hours, he would complain about his time schedules. So inappropriate. Have a better timeframe next time please. On the other hand, the 1 GB disc space did come in handy.
