@morph995 This tutorial sets up a really good base to employ all of WinGate’s features easily. If you just want a proxy server, then you can install WinGate without ENS (without the firewall/nat functions). In fact, many people set WinGate up this way.
There is an advantage to having WinGate as the network gateway though. In this position, it can intercept web traffic transparently without having to set proxy servers on all the clients.
too complicated…I just want to block swf ads…I don’t want to have to do all that just to block swf ads

ps this is embedded on the wingate website.. im not sure if you’re from wingate, but you might want to enable embedding again.
