@spacealien101 that happens to me too i think it happens when you try to send it to a vista and maybe also if it is being sent by a vista in some cases. i would try doing it on a liblary network because they have weaker sucurity than a home computer and they usaly arn’t that well high tech opening up a bunch of new chances to hack stuff that has been blocked on newer computers.

I typed the ip address of the person i want to shutdown, but then when I click ok, in CMD is says the ip address and then Access is denied.(5) What do i do???
