If this is the case,

Click start. Right click “my computer” then click “properties”
Click the “computer name” tab and check the workgroup name on the required computers. If you want to change the name, just click the “change” button and remember to apply or just ok the change, depending on what the OS says.
Once they’re allin the same workgroup.
“start”, left click “my computer” then right click the files/folders/harddrive you want to share.
Click “sharing and security”, “understand risk” then “share folder on this network”
“allow users to change files” , “apply” , “ok”
Do this to all computers if you want to go back and forth with both.
You may need to restart both computers before you see the shared hard drive. Remember that if you do this, anyone who uses either of the computers can also access and change any information on your files so you may not want to do this to the computer you’re checking from.
If I remember right, once the hard drives are accessible on your computer, you access them through “my network places”
