umm fullofblood and deep is right.. this is a bomb file or an ebomb which ever you go by.. the purpose is that when it is executed the file opens up several internet explorer websites depending on what u put. if you put up many of them than yes you can freeze/crash a computer but its diffrent for all computers.. so its a good prank but not nothing real critical or serious
