I would like to know if there is a way to detect when the last date and/or time someone viewed a picture or video on their computer that was downloaded off the internet. I know that you can bring up the file, right click and select properties, and it will show you the download, modified and access dates. However, in my experience, there has been an issue getting the true access date for a downloaded video from the internet. Is there another way to find this information?
