Author: Every time i start my computer and going on the internet the page takes too long to load and when i checked the task manager my cpu is jumping from 1% to 30% then 90% and 100% then stayed like that for 3 mins then went back to 20% and it keeps going up and down i checked the programs running and only internet explorer is running. Can someone help me with my problem? I’m a newbie at computers so can someone explain it with out it getting too complicated?

Use a safer browser,like Firefox,Opera or Chrome
Keep Windows fully updated and always check for the latest versions of any program.
Whenever anything doesn`t seem right,your first thought should be spyware.
After that,start looking for innocent explanations – buggy programs,faulty hardware etc
