While this video was produced primarily with the intent of helping folks in Haiti deal with the stress and trauma following the earthquake, I hope it will also be beneficial for anyone in crisis anywhere. Please share this with anyone who might benefit from it – thank you. My friend Duke asked if there were any efforts to help Haitians with EFT to deal with PTSD. He suggested that many in Haiti had internet access, and that a video could be very useful. Why hadn’t I thought of that…? Although I had sent money – as I hope you have or will if you are in a position to do so – here was something else I could do. I know in 10 minutes I didn’t cover everything people are going through – but I hope it will help. I hope that maybe some of my other videos might be of additional support. I also hope that you will consider what you can do to help – in Haiti, in the world, or right there in your own home.
